Order Cancellations
Before Fulfillment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not started PLEASE request a cancellation, by contacting us at info@jackswynnerton.com with your order number.
After Fulfillment Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as our products are made to order.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns:
As all our calendars are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error directly caused by us.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at info@jackswynnerton.com with your order number and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong calendar or the customization does not match your order details, please let us know immediately.
